Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment 2026
Candidates must have completed their degree or diploma from a recognised Indian university on or after April 1, 2021.
Important points:
- Candidates who have already done or are doing an apprenticeship under NATS are not eligible.
- Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
- First-come, first-served is the primary method of selection. For engineering graduates, the merit list will also be considered.

There is no online form submission to HAL directly. Candidates must:
- Register as a “Student” on the NATS portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in).
- Take a printout of the registration form.
- Attend the walk-in on the given date with all required documents.
