Eligibility Criteria for HAL Recruitment 2026

Candidates must have completed their degree or diploma from a recognised Indian university on or after April 1, 2021.

Important points:

  • Candidates who have already done or are doing an apprenticeship under NATS are not eligible.
  • Candidates with one year or more of work experience are not eligible.
  • First-come, first-served is the primary method of selection. For engineering graduates, the merit list will also be considered.
