Educational Qualifications for Bank of Baroda Professional Recruitment
AVP II – Group Head:
A graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management Sales, and managed a large team of RMs for 5 years.
AVP II – Territory Head:
Graduation from a recognized university and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Relationship Management and 2 years as a Team Lead.
Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager:
PG degree/diploma in Management and minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management.
Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance):
PG degree/diploma+NISM/IRDA Certification + Minimum 3 years experience in Wealth Management.
